1. Acceptance of Terms

6. Intellectual Property

The platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Versalist, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

7. Disclaimer

The materials on Versalist's platform are provided on an 'as is' basis. Versalist makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Versalist or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Versalist's platform, even if Versalist or a Versalist authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

9. Changes to Terms

Versalist may revise these Terms of Service at any time without notice. By using this platform, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
