Terms of service
These terms define the rules for using Versalist — a service by Social Protocol Labs LLC, Delaware registered — including operating an account, purchasing paid access, and interacting with the platform responsibly.
Versalist is a service of Social Protocol Labs LLC, a Delaware-registered company.
Versalist is a service provided and operated by Social Protocol Labs LLC (“Social Protocol Labs”, “we”, “us”), a limited liability company registered in the State of Delaware, United States. References to “Versalist” in these terms mean the service operated by Social Protocol Labs LLC, and your agreement under these terms is with Social Protocol Labs LLC.
Unless a signed enterprise agreement states otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Using the product means agreeing to the baseline rules that make the service workable.
By accessing or using Versalist, you agree to the terms that govern account use, platform behavior, billing surfaces, and acceptable conduct. If you are using the service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
Users are responsible for the accuracy of account information and the security of their access.
You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account, for maintaining appropriate access controls, and for using the service in a way that complies with applicable law and platform rules.
If you believe your account has been compromised, contact the team promptly so access can be reviewed and secured.
The platform cannot be used in ways that break the law, abuse the service, or harm other users.
- Do not use the service for unlawful activity, abuse, exploitation, or harmful automation.
- Do not attempt to interfere with platform integrity, availability, or other users’ access.
- Do not misrepresent submissions, credentials, authorship, or commercial rights.
- Do not use restricted data or external systems in a way that violates third-party terms or legal obligations.
Users retain responsibility for what they submit, and Versalist retains ownership over the platform itself.
Paid usage is governed by the applicable plan, checkout flow, and any enterprise agreement.
Subscription, credit, or enterprise billing features may be offered through separate plan details, checkout flows, or negotiated commercial terms. Failure to pay may limit or suspend access to paid capabilities.
The service is improving continuously and cannot promise universal accuracy or uninterrupted availability.
Versalist is provided by Social Protocol Labs LLC on an “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law. Product outputs, recommendations, and evaluations are intended to support engineering decisions, not replace professional judgment or legal, medical, or financial advice.
