Agent Roles and Crew Definition

Define the roles, goals, and tasks for a 'Data Ingest Agent', a 'Weather Analyst Agent', and a 'Forecast Generation Agent' within your CrewAI system. Consider how they will collaborate to process streaming data and produce a coherent forecast. Initialize your Crew with these agents. Focus on clear responsibilities and potential handoffs.
