Develop Procurement and Risk Agents

Develop the core logic for your Procurement Agent and Risk Agent. The Procurement Agent should be able to process a request for a 'green' critical mineral, query the knowledge base for suppliers and prices, and propose an optimal procurement plan considering budget and sustainability. The Risk Agent should monitor for simulated disruptions and, using Falcon 180B's reasoning, assess their impact and suggest mitigation strategies. Integrate these agents into the CrewAI framework.
