Forecasting Model Development and Training

Implement and train time-series forecasting models (e.g., LSTM, Transformer) for C&I load, solar PV generation, and electricity spot prices. Provide the code for your chosen model(s) and demonstrate their performance on a held-out test set. Discuss the evaluation metrics you used and why.
