DeFi Protocol Travel Rule Compliance Agent for Crypto Transactions
The FATF Travel Rule requires Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASPs) to exchange identifying customer information alongside crypto transactions exceeding statutory thresholds. Extending this requirement to decentralized protocol interfaces requires automated wallet identification and counterparty VASP discovery. In this challenge, you will implement an automated Travel Rule compliance agent using AutoGen. Multiple specialized agents will represent the Originating VASP, Beneficiary VASP, and Travel Rule Protocol Directory to negotiate data exchange while maintaining zero-knowledge privacy standards.
What you are building
The core problem, expected build, and operating context for this challenge.
Construct an AutoGen multi-agent system to automate FATF Travel Rule compliance for cross-crypto exchange transfers.
How work is evaluated
Evaluates Travel Rule compliance payload completion and privacy boundary enforcement.
Challenge datasets
Public datasets, plus the private datasets you have access to.
How submissions are scored
These dimensions define what the evaluator checks and which criteria separate a passable run from a strong one.
threshold_enforcement
Verifies that transfers below $1000 do not trigger unnecessary PII disclosure
This dimension contributes its full weight only when the submission satisfies the requirement. Partial credit is not awarded.
handshake_success_rate
Percentage of valid transfers resulting in successful compliance handshake • target: 98 • range: 0-100
This dimension contributes its full weight only when the submission satisfies the requirement. Partial credit is not awarded.
What you should walk away with
